Pixel3S is an operations company. We systemize, standardize, and synchronize how Finance & Accounting documents actually move — from Vietnam, delivered remotely, on the ERP and digital-signature stack you already have.
Why 3S
Most enterprises already bought the system of record. What they did not buy is one platform with multiple service layers for confirm and sign around it. Pixel-level resolution means we will not sell a picture of a future state. The three S’s are the only verbs that change how a period runs: systemize the definition, standardize the path, synchronize the queue and the masters. The name is the method.
How we work
Three operating principles.
Evidence
A process is real when it leaves a trail: who confirmed, who signed, when, and which document version was in force. A dashboard without that lineage is decoration.
Cutover
Change happens in a named window, with a fallback, on a date. “When the team is ready” is how local inbox variants are born.
Engagement
A walkthrough, then a document family.
We do not publish a price list. The first conversation is a working session on one finance document family you already run. If the 3S fit, we sequence entities and windows. If they do not, you keep the notes.

Pixel3S is based in Vietnam and works remotely with Finance & Accounting teams that already have an ERP and a digital signature, and with the plants and distribution centers beside them.
